    "message": "Declare Depends: R (>= 4.0.0) per CRAN pretest feedback\n\nUwe Ligges (CRAN) replied to the 0.1.0 pretest mail asking that the\nversioned LinkingTo on BH be matched with a corresponding R\ndependency:\n\n> Versioned 'LinkingTo' value for 'BH' is only usable in R >= 3.0.2\n> So you also need to declare Depends: R (>= 3.0.2) and likely\n> higher in your DESCRIPTION file.\n\nR 4.0.0 is the honest floor: SystemRequirements: C++17 (with\nMakevars CXX_STD = CXX17) is officially supported starting at\nR 4.0.0, which is stricter than every other dependency edge (BH\n>= 1.78, Rcpp >= 1.0.7, testthat edition 3, knitr / rmarkdown).\n\ncran-comments.md is updated to drop the old \"informational\"\nexplanation for the LinkingTo note and to record the Uwe\ncorrespondence so the next reviewer has the full context.\n",
